The first thing you should understand about our retreats is that you’ll place your deposit before you know when or where it will unfold.
This is because we don’t simply offer retreats, we curate them.
Our process starts with a conversation—an exchange designed to understand you, and your aspirations and desired outcomes, on a deeper level. If we find that we are aligned, only then do we begin crafting your experience.
Each detail is meticulously tailored—from the unique blend of guests to the exquisite location, facilitators, and season—ensuring the atmosphere is perfect for the growth of both you and the collective.
Much like selecting the ideal partner or visionary leader, this takes time. And we honor this process, because true transformation deserves nothing less.
We do, however, guarantee one thing: if we do not find the perfect alignment within nine months of your deposit, we offer a full refund. Alternatively, we will create a private, bespoke experience crafted exclusively for you.

Ultra-Personalised Curation
Everything we include in your curated experience comes from a detailed questionnaire containing your preferences.
Once you have applied and participated in a one-on-one conversation to ensure our process is a mutual fit, we start crafting your unique experience and present you with 2-3 options (taking into account your prefered dates and budget) that match your preferences.
The more information you share, the more tailored your unique journey will be.
Always All-Inclusive, Just Focus on YOU
A central pilar of our beliefs is that you should only have to focus on you and your development once you enter you curated experience. Which is why all options presented to you are 100% inclusive of any travel, transfers, accommodation, meals, integration coaching before and after your retreat experience, and anything else that is considered a necessary part of your holistic journey.
There are no hidden costs along the way, and no additional or 'optional' extras.
Processing and Free Time
Another challenge of intense retreats and development experiences is that there often isn't a lot of 'down time' to process things in your own unique way.
Our curated experiences allow plenty of space to take time for yourself to reflect, process, and/ or explore the local area.
Four Months of Integrated Coaching
We have all been to a retreat or event that we felt huge shifts and gained inspiring insights from, only to return to 'normal' life and have many behaviors revert back to the old.
It's a natural part of human nature.
We ensure you have support both one-on-one and through our community to prepare and integrate these changes before and after your curated retreat experience.

Complete the Application Form
Our experiences and crafted personal and professional development experiences are never pre-packaged and therefore involve an element of trusting the unknown. This approach isn't for everyone. Which is why we like to meet you first, so you can understand what we offer and decide if it's a fit for you. The other reason for our application process is to ensure that your values align with that of NOIR LUMI and our other retreat guests. Ensuring an aligned and dynamic growth experience.

Meet with Us to Connect
During our application meeting (by video call or in person depending on location), we focus on connecting ang learning more about each other. Crafting a tailored growth journey is an intimate undertaking. We like to deeply understand who you are and what drives you to ensure we can curate not only the best overall experience, but match with other guests who will support your growth goals.

Share Preferences + Secure Your Place
IF we both decide it's a mutual fit, you will be invited to complete the detailed preferences questionnaire and pay a deposit (aligned with your overall budget). Once your place in our community is confirmed, we get to work matching your profile with other potential guests, and curating your personal and group experience. If we aren't able to find you a match within 9 months, you will be offered the option of a full refund of your deposit OR a private curated retreat or experience.

Choose Your Curated Adventure
Once we find a match with 3-4 other guest profiles, we'll present your group with 2-3 retreat options. All within your stated budgets and matching as closely as possible to your prefered dates. If this proposal is acceptable for you, you'll be asked to choose your payment option and provide any additional information for travel reservations, food allergies etc.

Prepare in Your Coaching Sessions
Every experience includes 4 months of preparation and integration coaching through a mix of one-on-one and small group sessions. These will take place for one month prior to your scheduled retreat experience, and for the 3 months following. Once your retreat is confirmed, we'll share the group session invitations and you'll also be offered available times for your one-on-one sessions. This sessions are designed to build connection among the group prior to meeting in person, and prepare you individually and as a group to maximise the in-person development experience.
